Q2.What happens if I order something and it arrives broken or damaged?

A2.We have a wonderful return policy, "If it is damaged or broken we will replace it" simply contact us and we will be happy to rush out a replacement at no charge to you. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 45 days of purchase.

Hidden Damage by carrier: If you should receive a shipment delivered by carrier that shows no visible damage, but upon inspection you discover damage due to evident rough handling, call eHeritage Gifts within 30 days of invoice date and report the damage. eHeritage Gifts will issue credit or replacement at your request.

Q3.How much will my shipping and handling costs be?

A3. Your shipping and handling costs are charged by "Zone", and reflect a percentage of your order size. "Zones" are determined by the United Parcel Service. PLEASE NOTE: Items under 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class.

Q4. Why are there higher shipping and handling rates for the different zones?

A4. All transportation companies shipping via ground service charge more the farther they have to go. Expenses such as gas, labor, and so forth add up as the miles add up. Since all of your shipments originate in California, shipments to the East Coast cost more than shipments to the Midwest.

Q5. How long will it take my order to arrive after leaving eHeritageGifts.com?

A5. A good estimate is to translate your Zone Number into business days. For example, Zone 4 might take four business days; Zone 2, two business days. Remember to allow 2 business days for us to process your order.

Q6. Can I have an order rush-shipped?

A6. Yes it is possible to have an order RUSH shipped but rates are higher for Rush Service and all shipments outside the continental U.S. Therefore, we encourage members to avoid using rush service and have goods shipped to a physical address, to minimize shipping and handling costs.
